Going back to the reading peoples mind thing, i dont believe thats its possible, but i know it can feel like it sometimes, i think it may just be how that some people are very sub/conciously observant and they pick up on other peoples behaviours, manarisms, speech ect.
Try not to let yourself dwindle on the thought too much hunny,
Hope things get better soon x
