I could but it only really works for when the voices are bad and right now they're not a problem.

Maybe.

I got a letter from the dwp this morning saying that they are going to end my dla and wanting to see if I am going to claim pip. I am scared that they are going to refuse me. Part of me wants to refuse the depot because if I fall ill then hopefully they'll see I will need it. Tbh I need the money. But I need my cpn ' s support.

I can understand the fear. I was scared about PIP too, but I have been given it without a problem and no medical. If you get a supporting letter from your CPN and fill in the form with her help, you should be ok. You don't need to prove anything to the DWP by not taking your medication. Your CPN will be able to state your case without that. If you need the money because of your disability, they will see that.

I had a phone call from my cpn. I couldn't get a appointment for today and because she only works part time she isn't in until Monday. She is going to refer me to welfare rights to help me with my pip claim. So she's coming on Monday but because I am scared that they won't give me pip part of me wants to refuse the depot.

I have a question about those on pip. In the letter it says about managing treatments. Will they give me some points for being on a depot? I am useless at remembering to take medication and I had bouts of believing that the medication is poison hence why my psych put me on a depot.

I keep on hearing a voice telling me that I am useless and that I should od. I think that I am falling ill.

Anyway my cpn came before and she said that she thought that I am falling ill. I am still not eating properly. But the good news is that I had my depot so I should be feeling better soon. Also I am getting muscle spasms which may be a withdrawal effect.

In a way it is nice to see that you can acknowledge that this is not just you making it up.

I'm glad you were able to see your CPN and she was able to help you. Hopefully things will start to improve for you soon.

I refused to take my Aripiprazole depot for two weeks some months back and my team noticed a steady decline in my mental state over the duration of the two weeks, it took about 10 days when I finally had it to have more balance mentally.

I'm very glad you decided to have the depot!

Thanks everyone.

I have had the voices more prolonged than normal. It's stressing me out. Is it liable to get better ?

The muscle spasms are slowly getting better.

I had a quite violent muscle spasm before so much so my parents noticed.

But the good news is that I ate near normally today. Even though it was mainly pasta.
