Rupi - I don't agree because I don't think I'm such a danger that I need to be locked up. I have insight and I'm ok to manage at home.
I'm going to appeal it anyway. It can't hurt can it?

It is your right to appeal, the only downside is whats already been mentioned.
How are you today?

I got some clothes today.
And my colouring book and my journal.
L is feeding Brenda
I feel really triggered.
I can't stay present. Keep drifting off.
I just saw someone get raped on tv and now I'm scared to go to sleep.

I'm glad you got clothes and colouring book and journal. I know how important these things are inpatient. I remember having to sleep in the same clothes until my sister brought me in clothes, which was horrible.
Do you think you could speak to a nurse about your worries and fears? You are in a safe place and it will be ok to sleep. I know this won't ease your fear, but I hope you can get some sleep.

Yay for colouring books! I'm an addict when it comes to colouring!
How are you feeling today lovely, did you manage some sleep or to talk to someone about your anxieties? TV can be very triggering but try to remember is TV & its in now way means it'll happen to you. Did you stop watching it after?
You're safe where you are & no one would let any harm come to you.

Can you talk to staff? They aren't stealing your thoughts.
I hope you managed to get some rest.
