Triggering (SI) - tempted

today i got a new 'tool', i havent used it yet but i really want to, because i have never cut with them before. please help. i ned some advice.

What about distrating yourself eg. housework, something creative, anything to keep busy. Or if you really feel the need to use them then holding onto ice for a short time. I've heard that that helps. Is there anyone you can speak to that can take the blades from you? I understand this is hard, I keep my sh private and do not like people to know.

I know what you mean. Is there any way you can be around friends to keep you distracted? Stay strong and keep fighting.

you need to throw them away and find another way to let your frustrations out. self harm is great for a few mins but after youare still left with the problem that you started out with

As far as being around friends I only have one and she's not talkin to me
I tried to throw them away but I was unsucessful

Why do you think you want to cut? Maybe try and find out the reasoning and then have a look here for some appropriate alternatives. Keep trying, you can get through this :) xx
