I ate nearly like everybody else for my whole holiday and managed to keep freak outs fairly minimal. I'm absolutely terrified I will have put on weight and may change my mind once I get on the scales but I am actually quite proud. I almost felt 'normal' for one or two meals.

I had a sinsbury's salad bar thing (again) and I don't know the calories in it and I'm trying really hard not to purge it because I'm in work and that would mean bad things =
i'm really proud of you. it's scary to eat something when you don't know the calories, isn't it? i do hope you don't purge it. i know it's hard to think of it as nourishing your body but it's true. and i know the calories thing is scary, but know that it's not astronomical, and it won't make you fat. good job though!
