My kitchen is getting redone which doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s a load of random guys in my home and my kitchen pulverised. I hate it I hate it I hate it.

That does sound really scary. Is it possible to have someone on video chat if you can't have someone else to be there with you while they are working, so that you aren't ever like... alone alone with them?

Buttons, it totally does sound like a big deal. It's a big task that causes lots of disruption. I don't know what to suggest that would help but just wanted to let you know that I (and many other people) would be struggling with having random people in my home too. How long until it's all done?

I slipped self harming. For the first time in forever. And it felt like coming home. And I don’t know what to do with that. (Disclaimer not serious barely needs steri strips) it’s just the principle of the thing

I wish I knew what to say. I'm glad you took care of it from a medical standpoint. Do you think once you're in detox you can talk to them there about self harm? Or is that not something they can help with too?

No detox can’t help with that unfortunately. I just need to not do it again. Which is easier said than done.

Today is just blow after sodding blow. Detox rang me and said because of covid I have to stay in isolation for the entire seven days-last time it was two days provided you had a clear covid test.

And my alcohol worker said after the detox and have to go on to a (male) different worker who I already have a bad history with.

Oh and the hip on the side of my good leg has become really painful which is fine I can cope with that but I’m scared it means I’ll lose function in the leg like with the right one.

If the plasterer weren’t here in the kitchen I’d sh

I don't know if the alcohol people are part of the CMHT, but can you talk to them about how you need to not have male workers?

I managed not to sh. The alcohol people aren’t connected with the CMHT and I don’t think saying females only is an option. Tbh I am just so tired I cba fighting anymore.

Proud of you for not self harming. You are fighting a lot. And I wish you had more support because you don't deserve to have to fight so hard on your own. Is there anything that helps that you can do to try to relax/get some rest?
