I will point out though that it's quite quiet here a lot of the time but try interacting on the threads and create new ones if you need support etc. People might sometimes take a while to reply but you should get a reply.

Yes, but most members are UK based. I'm in the US. There aren't too many Australian members around, so while folks are active, the times we are active may not match up with your time zone.

Also I noticed that you are in Australia OP. The vast majority of members are in the UK though there are some members in the USA and Europe. The quietness gets worse after 10 pm UK time. So yes there may be times when you're the only person online due to time zone differences. That doesn't mean that you're not welcome. Like has been said if you need support post and someone will respond.
