Everything feels so wrong :/
I don't know what to do && I am having such bad urges.
I'm trying to stop cutting for my baby.
But I'm having a hard time focusing on everything.

thats a good reason to try and stop, but eventually you'll want to be trying to stop for yourself....

if you're trying to stop for your baby, could you do something to prepare for him/her? or you could try any other sort of distraction, writing, drawing, computer games, etc....

I've been trying to keep distracted.
I'm spending much time in 'Fun and Distractions.'
But I just can't help but think of the bad things.
It's really eating at me. :/

I know it's hard sweet but you're doing the right think by thinking of your baby.

Why not try knitting him / her a jumper or a hat? :) This will keep both your hands busy + your mind occupied.

Or you could write letters that he / she would open on special occasions. Eg, 16th / 18th birthdays, wedding day, their first child is born, first day of school / college / university. Even if that seems like a million years away, it would give you something to do.

Or if you have a baby room, start decorating? You could really pay attention to detail + neatness if you took your time + decorating can take hours! It really makes you lose track of time :D

The only thing with my pregnancy, is it's a secret from my dad still..
I can't really do too much for the baby when he doesn't know.

Sorry your having such a bad time at the minute. That's good that you do want to stop for your baby, but remember you have to stop for you aswell.

You could do what the above poster has said - write letters for your babys big milestones (Such as big birthdays - 16, 18, 21 etc, or graduation etc, anything you like!) or start collecting things, maybe such as teddies?

I know you have said your dad doesn't know about your baby yet - but that doesn't mean that you can't do these things. Perhaps get a shoe box to put the letters in and keep that in your wardrobe, under your bed or in your drawers. And the teddies, you can just have a few around your room and say that they are for you until you feel ready to tell your dad about your baby?

Have you started thinking of baby names aswell? You could distract yourself by looking through lists of baby names and then write the ones down you like - again, your dad doesn't have to know because you could put it somewhere he wont look.
