Yeah they're wearing different clothes too.
I didn't find it at all triggering, but maybe I'm weird.

I just watched it a third time last night and they're definitely wearing the same clothes. The girl has on the same pink dress, and the boy is wearing the same plaid top.
The more I see this film, the more explanations I find to refute the idea that the end is a dream, even though it was my initial interpretation. And the more I see it, the less sense Limbo makes.
Nous avons abrité tous les rêves du monde,
Et c'est dans le soleil que nous avons grandi.
I'm waiting on the DVD/Blu-Ray (not sure which I'd get) because it'll probably be the same price than going to the cinema again! And I want to see the special features.

As for things making sense or not. Although it is a bit of a cop-out, the film is based around dreams. In dreams things don't make sense once you start to think about it, but at the time it's fine. Also, the film was long enough without adding even more in.

I'm still pretty sure they're not, and I've read the costume persons statement somewhere also saying they're not. The girl has a white top on underneath the dress instead of having bare shoulders.
In response to a question about is it triggering, it caused me a world of pain & did trigger me. Then again, I suffer from severe depersonalization & derealization so that is why... may be ok for "normal" people
As someone who has lost family to suicide, I didn't find it triggering at all. It was quite clearly part of the plot, rather than just thrown in for emotional effect, at least that's how it appeared to me. Also, eventually you are going to have to deal with such issues and perhaps being able to 'handle' fictitious ones would be a step in the right direction.
It became like a sort of prison. Encased in a silver shell, words so full of bleeding need spilled like drops on dry leaves. And all the while laughter prevailed a long way from here. Nowhere land, nowhere time, nowhere space.

I found it slightly triggering, because it 'planted the seed' of thought in my head that perhaps reality all a dream. But I think that's the point of the film. It's meant to make you think.
Best film I've seen all year, and I didn't even go to the cinema intending to see it. Was meant to be seeing Toy Story... xD
I saw it for the third time last night. I think I'm obsessed.
Anywho, I triple checked and the children are wearing different clothes at the end. Phillipa has a white top underneath her pink thing, but I can't remember what James has. D:
You mean fourth time? :P Am I really going have to see it a fourth time to watch the clothing? Haha~
I wonder why they made the differences in costumes so small. James has on a plaid shirt in all scenes, including the end. I remember that much. Maybe it is different..
Hm, to see Inception or Scott Pilgrim again.. decisions..
