No Big Deal...Right...?

I keep a counter on my cell phone as my background. Everyday The number goes up to show me how far I've come.

This is my eighteenth day without any form of self-abuse


That's the longest I've gone since I started...

Everyone says they're proud of me...But I don't really think it's that big of a deal. It's only 18 days...two and a half weeks... Big deal...

Am I making too light of this? Or are they taking this too seriously? Idk... Just wanted to let everyone know. Thx

Everyday is an achievement, don't short yourself. Every day it gets easier, just do what you have to do to stay strong. If it means posting every day, go for it.

I came so so close to breaking yesterday. I had it all planned out. I was gunna do it. But just before I did it, my idol called. The girl that I have always looked up to for years now, called me. Her and I talked and she truly helped me, just like she always has. I'm so lucky to have her. And I'm so proud of her for overcoming her problems like I am trying to do now.

Day Twenty Seven. Three more days since the one month anneversary of my last cut...

So...Yesterday was my one month. I feel like I just barely made it... But I'm so glad I did. I'm gunna try for three months... So...

i think i speak for nearly everyone that understands how hard it is when i say im proud and i dont even know you!!!!!!!!!
but just reading this post and it has given me a bit of confidence that maybe i can do the same?

As some of you know, my goal was a month. I made that goal. So I updated it to three months.

At thirty-six days.

I broke.

I'm alright now I guess. I have re-set my goal for 40 days.
