Should I continue with ED referral thing?
Basically that!
Been on the waiting list for ED therapy for about a year now.
Recently my eating has actually got better. And I haven't properly fainted in ages.
So is it worth staying on the waiting list? I wouldn't want to waste their time when they're sooooo over stretched!
I don't think that I could class myself as having an ED if I'm consuming x a day
Idk
I'm aware my perception of these things can be a bit skewed, which is why I'm asking!
