I am currently:

Ouch.
So, I have quite a bit of physical discomfort a lot of the time. I feel really exhausted and spent. especially right now, and I don't feel particularly rested when I wake up in the morning. I also tend to get muscle aches and pains... pretty much my whole body is hurting right now, it feels like I've strained everything even though I haven't done anything athletic.
I think it might be mostly psychological, but still...it sucks.
Anyone here have anything similar going on?

I get that quite a bit of the time, I just wake up and everything hurts. Sometimes it lasts for a few days or a week. Mum just goes "oh its growing pains" but it's not. I think you probably sleep in strange positions and you might pull a few muscles doing that.

Oh dear :( Have you tried taking time out of the day for some you time? Like having an extra long bath, having a good old pamper, and watching a film or doing something you enjoy?
You could go and see your doctor. If your feeling tired all the time it might be an underactive thyroid but im no GP! Hehe!

That looks like symptoms of anaemia. tiredness and sore muscles *nods*.
You might want to check with your GP as it can easily be cured.
and if it's not anaemia.... you might want to check with your GP anyway, lol. you might have a lack of something in your body.
