I didn't talk to him in the end. I asked for an elastic band and pinged that for a while. When that didn't work I went back but he was busy so the HCA gave me my headphones and I listened to music on YouTube till I got tired.

He's on tonight so I've talked to him. I told him the voice wants me to burn so I'm meant to be staying out the kitchen but it's really hard. I'd rather cut than burn but have nothing left to scratch with and I wasn't allowed my razor even supervised today. I don't know what to do.

They are just trying to protect you. You did the right thing in talking to him. Well done. It must be scary all these things you are feeling, but keep talking to people.

I can't believe I threw away over five years free but at the same time I want to carry on and find a way to do proper damage. Does anyone else feel the same?
