Did it again. Loser. After saying i thought id stopped. Im happy, dont know why i did it, didnt have a reason, just felt like it?

you're not a loser for slipping up. if you think that out of all the time in which you'd stopped, you've only slipped up once. not having a 'reason' doesn't mean you will continue, mistakes are just part of being human.
i'm sorry that i don't have anything better to say. just wanted to let you know you're not alone in doing it for 'no reason'.

Hey!
They are totally right! I was cut free for 3 years then suddenly one day life just got to much and i slipped up! Does that mean I'm a cutter again no its just means that I'm human and its in our DNA to make a mistake. Please stay strong I promise it gets better!! apart from that one day the urges have barely been a problem and you realise that there are other ways to cope! You are not a loser ok! Keep strong your in my thoughts!

i know this feeling...but your deffinately not a loser...slipping up happens...all the time to lots of people. its a hard thing to stop doing. i have no idea how i make it as long as i do in between injuries sometimes...keep your chin up hon.
