Hi everybody, I'm new here, and don't really know what to do :)

Hello, I'm Cara and I'm sixteen. I've been struggling with a mixture of things since I was thirteen, including depression, anxiety, self-harm and eating disorders. I'm here because I'm fed up with these things ruling my life, but I don't think I'm ready to get rid of them by myself. I see a counsellor but I thought that maybe talking to people who have gone through some of the same things might help as well?

I'm not even sure how these thread things work, so if anyone could write back and help I'd really appreciate it! Sorry, technology is not my strong point :P
