SI Question - Overdose of the Pill

ive forgotten to take my pill for the last month, had sex last night, used protection but the condom broke... not sure if it was during or after... so i was scared, so ive just taken [amount removed] of my pill, Ovranette... will it maybe stop me becoming pregnant and will it harm me?

Hey Katy.

Unfortuntley, that will not pevent any pregancies as it needs to be taken regurlry. Your best option is to contact your local chemist or doctor who can prescribe you the morning after pill. This should be taken a soon as possibe for it to work well.

As for taking that medication, it may ake you feel a little sick, but should not cause any long term damage.
