Bloodshed again

I have an appointment to see my GP this morning and hopefully she will stitch me back together again.

I have cut both arms quite badly and about 10 times since I told my therapist I would try not to, Funny it's a bit like telling you you cannot press the red button and all of a sudden that red button is the most attractive thing in the world to press.

Oh why does therapy and anti psychotics take so long to have an effect?

the red button is extremely attractive ey.
but we must fight it.
fighting it is the only way.
but so draining.
like now.
very draining.
meds always take forever o work and half the time
they are crap anyway and just FAIL at it.

Just back from being stitched, I now have over 20 stitches. It was a bit strange situation this time as I was doing the job of the nurse, opening stitch packets and cutting the sutures.

But in the end I've maid a bloomin mess of my arm and I wish I had an alternative way, but alas I have not responded to anything suggested or offered.

well done for going ot get stitched.
now you won have gaping wouldnt and blood everywhere which is
always a bit of fun.
sucks to hear you made a mess of your arm. hopeuflly in time some
bio oil or something like that can clear it up although it never
seems to work for me.
i hope you can find an alternative. its so hard to do.
i am currently struggling with that too.

Hey there.
Recovery wont just come from therapy and meds,
You need to want it as my therapist always says its got to come from you.
It will be a long process but i'm sure you'll get there in the end.
