For instance I bought 2 tins of chewing tobacco because I felt compelled I don't know what to , I only smoke very very occaisonally and then it's a treat or to calm me , I don't know why , I just did .

A lot are coping stratagies , I have always been somewhat impulsive , comes with the BPD , I have just taken a Diaz as am freaking out over stress and Anxiety.
