My sister just left me, My managers and co-workers at work hate me and want me gone, My ex-fiance and our son have finally moved on and I have been entirely replaced in their lives. I don't know how to get better. I don't know what I'm going to do. Please. I need help. I need a reason. Triggers are everywhere. I'm not safe....

Do you have any support networks, other than family, like a friend that you could 'call in on' or a couns?
I doubt your son will ever forget you, you are his mother you can't forget somebody like that easily.. I know all seems worthless at the moment but you need to stick in there, people DO care it may not be family, but people do care.
