feeling ill when i exercise
Hi,
I startes to go Jogging/running again recently and i felt sick after about 5 minutes.
this happened a lot to me last summer when i was doing a lot of it and i couldnt figure out why this is Happening all the time.
at first i thought that Food could be the reason and i tried to wait while after i ate, but even waiting for 3 hours didnt help.
then i thought that it could be that i run too fast, but running slower and less challenging paths didnt make a difference either.
now i thought that it might be better after taking a longer break because of an injury, but i am still getting so sick when i run. last time i almost had to throw up because of it.
could it be connected to purging? i used to make myself throw up, but stopped more than a year ago and had only a few slip ups.

Maybe it's the heat? Are you drinking enough water?

How much do you eat in general? As in are you getting the right amount of calories a day?
I have no idea about your current level of fitness but if you haven't exercised in a long time then you are not going to feel too good when you start again. I injured my back and couldn't do any exercise for about 5 months. At my first football training session after I was healed I threw up after 10 minutes of sprint work. It took a couple of months before the sick feeling went away when I was exercising and I could start to enjoy it again.
I'd mention it to your doctor anyway, but just check your diet and make sure you are eating enough in the mean time.

Hi,
I am eating enough i guess. I mean, my weight was stable in The last year or so. No purging in The last year either, except for two Slip ups.
If It is because im not as fit as i used to be, then i dont understand why i felt sick last Summer when i was exercising regularly and i was super fit.
You think that It could be something connected to my stomach? I used to purge a Lot 2 years ago and while i was doing It i noticed that It became easier each time. Now when i eat a Lot i dont feel sick Most of The time, but i feel how easy It would be to purge involuntarily when i bend Over to pick up Things.
