I know it doesn't sound like very long and admittedly I've been in hospital during this time but I haven't self harmed for a week. It's massive achievement given I was overdosing every day before I came in. Normally when I'm in hospital I self harm a lot and I've worked soooo hard and managed to not this time. I've also been eating meals and snacks, which has been a bitch but yeah
