New to forum, not new to self-harm
Hello everyone,
I?m so glad that I found an online group of people to fight this awful infliction with. I used to self harm quite a bit in my early-mid 30s. I calmed down for awhile and now I?m 41 and it?s getting bad again. I?m hoping to catch it before it gets worse.
