I'm not sure why, but I've been feeling really low the past few days.

but if you had never existed what about those happy times you have had, so be it they may be long gone memories... but they were happy times all the same, keep ahold of them, even if they are the only thing you do keep a hold on. there all we have sometimes.

You don't have to cut. :) You can make a choice.

Are you anxious about anything? Shakiness can often come about from anxiety. What's overwhelming you right now? Talking about it here can relieve the pressure inside.
