As The Impossible Girl said, it's helpful to have some external support such as a counsellor or psychologist that you can talk to. I know personally I have found a number of lifestyle changes have made a difference (ensuring I exercise regularly, eating healthily, journalling, relaxing, getting plenty of (but not too much!) sleep, trying to be around people when up to it) so I try to make sure I keep all those things up, as I feel it when I don't. I think it's a matter of finding what works for u thru trial and error, then trying to keep putting those things into practice. Good luck with it, hope you feel better soon.
