Binging is your body's reaction to starvation sweetheart.
It's probably trying to get as much energy, nutrients etc as possible at the moment.
Please try not to worry, it's a normal reaction.
I know it's scary *cuddles*.

I know it's scary sweetheart, but like the others have said, once you'e restricted for a while your body will crave nutrition, perhaps you aren't hungy, but your body is still craving the nutrition it hasn't had for a long time
*cuddles*
I'm sorry that's not much help, but I promise you'll be ok sweety

It will be ok lovey.
Like everyone is saying, it's just your body reacting to the food.
In a good way though, don't get me wrong!
I can't tell you when this will stop, but as someone has already suggested,
when your body realises that it is going to get regular food, your cravings should stop.

Try not to worry sweetie *hugs*

When trying to recover anorexia your body would need 3000-3500 calories a day to repair all the damage caused , so don't beat yourself up for eating lovely your body need that to function .

Stay safe xx

Hey sweetheart. OMG Im going through the same thing!!!! Well I was, I was wanting to recover, but I just starting binging and binging.. I binged almost everyday (some fasts inbetween) for about 2 1/2 months. And I gained 10 pounds it is so horrible.
And I just know started restricting alot like I was before binging..

I dont know how to help you stop binging. I know how it is though, once you eat one thing you eat everything.. Its hard to stop I understand.

Im here for you to talk to you, just know your not going through this alone dear.

Im here
Stay strong

And these girls are right. I mean once you starve so long, your body just doesnt want to go back to that, and it seems so hard to go back. You just starve so long your body craves everything..... I know its hard... But if you want recovery, just try not worrying about the calories but try not binging.. I know its tough dear. Trust me I do...

Im here for you babe. Always

Krissy - I've experienced bingeing. I needed to work out how it started but I think it's your body's reaction to the changes you have made. If you have someone to talk to that might help.

I know bingeing feels awful because you have no control. Hugs.
