I think you're supposed to have a mid-morning snack anyway, so it wouldn't necessarily be to do with keeping you full for four hours.

Why yes, I am! :)

And they recommend having them with milk or yogurt so that would help keep one full. It would be interesting to know what exactly was consumed to keep one full for four hours, if they had a,glass of milk too for example.

They do full me up though but we have four, and it helps if I'm busy so not thinking of food.

I have these every morning (there's 4 biscuits in a pack btw) with a piece of fruit, and it keeps me going for 4 hours or more. I really like them :)

Please say it's an apple! That will make my night. Also I thought you ate them.

Yeah, there are 4 in a pack. I struggle to eat in the morning so these are really helpful for me. I'll have them with a glass of milk and they'll keep me satisfied for a few hours. I love the crunchy oats ones..

I bought some of the honey ones today and had them with a cup of tea and a banana. They taste really nice and I was really surprised at how long they kept me going.

I have these every morning with soy milk and an apple and it helps keep me focused and awake. I don't think they taste awful, the oat ones are great, and it's especially easy when going to uni etc.

Can you teach me how to feel?

There's definitely 4 in a pack, and I really like the taste of each flavour i've tried and they keep me full for a good few hours. I only buy them when they are on special offer though otherwise I think they're a bit expensive.

Surely how long they keep you full for would vary per person, someone who normally eats more and has a bigger appetite would probably find they don't keep them as full as long as someone who has a naturally smaller appetite.

I never had time for breakfast and it used to make me feel sick eating first thing in a morning so I had these instead... I actually think they taste ok, and do fill you for a fair while but i struggled to eat all four. I've had the yoghurt filled ones recently (I think they're the same brand!) I think they're a bit sickly but I'm picky like that! Defo worth a try anyways :) <3

Thanks for informing me.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

I haven't tried these new breakfast biscuits but have tried the other Belvita biscuits that first came out. They did not fill me up what so ever.

Personally i think it's just a load of bull too. Stick to your normal happy breakfast :)

I ran a half marathon last year and had those for breakfast, my friend who I was running with had two chocolate donuts. He finished faster than me.

There are four in a packet and they're my breakfast everyday dunked in my morning tea! They keep me going for about 4-5 hours, definitely try them!

Incidentally, I heard this advert twice on the radio whilst driving to university today! It made me smile, though the enthusiasm that appeared to be exhibited when eating the biscuits was slight OTT :P.

If you look at the small print in the advert, it claims it will fill you up as part of a "balanced breakfast". So you aren't meant to eat them by themselves, but with other breakfast items.

I think they're nice.

I also love the Nature Valley Crunchy granola bars.

You know RYL affects you too much when you buy some breakfast biscuits solely because of a thread! They decided to make them half price the day AFTER I bought a pack. Silly Tesco.

Belvita should pay you!

I love them and they do keep me full for about four hours, but there are four thin biscuits per pack, not two, in the ones in that I eat. I'm sure how full they keep you depends on other factors.
