And they recommend having them with milk or yogurt so that would help keep one full. It would be interesting to know what exactly was consumed to keep one full for four hours, if they had a,glass of milk too for example.
They do full me up though but we have four, and it helps if I'm busy so not thinking of food.
Yeah, there are 4 in a pack. I struggle to eat in the morning so these are really helpful for me. I'll have them with a glass of milk and they'll keep me satisfied for a few hours. I love the crunchy oats ones..
The only time you will find real light is when you're searching in the dark..
I bought some of the honey ones today and had them with a cup of tea and a banana. They taste really nice and I was really surprised at how long they kept me going.
I have these every morning with soy milk and an apple and it helps keep me focused and awake. I don't think they taste awful, the oat ones are great, and it's especially easy when going to uni etc.
There's definitely 4 in a pack, and I really like the taste of each flavour i've tried and they keep me full for a good few hours. I only buy them when they are on special offer though otherwise I think they're a bit expensive.
Surely how long they keep you full for would vary per person, someone who normally eats more and has a bigger appetite would probably find they don't keep them as full as long as someone who has a naturally smaller appetite.
We need never be hopeless, because we can never be irreparably broken
I never had time for breakfast and it used to make me feel sick eating first thing in a morning so I had these instead... I actually think they taste ok, and do fill you for a fair while but i struggled to eat all four. I've had the yoghurt filled ones recently (I think they're the same brand!) I think they're a bit sickly but I'm picky like that! Defo worth a try anyways :) <3
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears. And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears...
PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
Incidentally, I heard this advert twice on the radio whilst driving to university today! It made me smile, though the enthusiasm that appeared to be exhibited when eating the biscuits was slight OTT :P.
If you look at the small print in the advert, it claims it will fill you up as part of a "balanced breakfast". So you aren't meant to eat them by themselves, but with other breakfast items.
I think they're nice.
I also love the Nature Valley Crunchy granola bars.
Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes but when you look back, everything is different…
you once called your brain a hard drive, well say hello to the virus.
You know RYL affects you too much when you buy some breakfast biscuits solely because of a thread! They decided to make them half price the day AFTER I bought a pack. Silly Tesco.
I love them and they do keep me full for about four hours, but there are four thin biscuits per pack, not two, in the ones in that I eat. I'm sure how full they keep you depends on other factors.
