Aha, I remember my tape walkman, It was bright pink :/ The only tape a had was the Evita soundtrack and I adored it dearly. Then I upgraded to a CD walkman and bought a few Madonna albums from the 90's and nothing else.
Ahh, I miss my Madonna phase.

I had a tape walkman which was so much better than the CD one as that jumped about all over! Plus tapes were so versatile, i used to love sitting on a sunday afternoon and recording the top 40 onto a tape. You had new music every week for free and it was totally ok to do if you didn't mind listening to the DJ at the beginning and the end.
