confused.....may trigger

Hey i woke up this morning and i had a cord around my neck......i dont remember why or when it happened or reallyanything from last night does anyone know what that means?


help is there when you need it...you just have to accept it

I am currently:
the cord was pretty tight but not that tight

um no brusing.....hurts to touch tho and breathe.....

um last thing i remember was....having a very vivid flashback
