Panic Attack Box
I know it's a little early but I've decided to make somebody a "panic attack box" for Christmas, but I'm struggling what to include!
So far I have:
-Magicool spray (the person gets hot flushes and get hot during a panic attack)
-an adult colouring book and pens
Any other ideas?

This is a wonderful idea. I suffer from panic disorder and if anybody ever made me a box like this i would be overwhelmed by the thought.
