Could you put on a long sleeved top Nicole? It's not exactly warm despite the snow going away mostly , I reckon a long sleeved top is okay , I'm wearing one :)

I'm having a hungry day, today. I just want to keep eating and eating and eating. *cries* I'm trying to be healthy about losing weight but I'm already at over half my daily cals if I eat my lunch now and lunch is an hour away.*throws self on floor and kicks and screams* It's not fair! I try to be healthy and not give in to my ED and I end up feeling like I'm starving... If I feel like I'm starving, why not just give in? I'd feel the same way... FML.
Edit~ I'm going to go try to keep busy and hopefully forget I'm hungry :(

I had the same problem earler this year Kelly . Power company wanted over £1000 from me for the time the flat was unoccupied. Took months to work out , I hope your works out soom hun.*Hugs*

The voices are getting worse , i just took my night medication and extra medication that am allowed to take
but i have to wait a while before it works.
Am listening to music still but i have headphones on now .
The devil wants me to do things for him , but i cant as there really bad things .

*hugs Mark* Thanks. I ended up eating lunch 30 min early but at least I'm eating (mostly) healthy stuff and I got mini rice cakes yesterday at the store so hopefully if I get really hungry again a few of those will curb it a bit...

Don't I know it... it's been running from me all damn day! ;) Look at all the spilt moacha! *watches more moacha slosh over the sides of one of the running mugs then grabs a mop to clean it up*
