Its been about a month and a half since the last time I hurt myself in anyway! I'm so proud of myself because its been awful. I nearly broke a few times and last night was especially difficult, but I did it. I found ways to keep myself occupied so I wouldn't hurt myself!
Also, I think I've finally learned how to keep myself from depersonalizing!
I've almost lost myself at least 5 times since the last time and I've managed to fight it away! Its so exciting knowing that I belong to me again and not some
thing in my head!
I mean, its been less than 2 months, and my record was about a year or so, but you have to start somewhere, right?
