Helen, I am so, so happy to read this thread. You have done brilliantly for fighting for this and for holding on so long, I have no doubt about it in my mind that you can go and beat Bulimia. You are one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my entire life. You're beautiful, smart, caring, passionate, talented, funny, and a million other good things. I know you don't see it yet, but you will. You're going to go and you're going to recover and then you're going to be able to live your life. Not the way you've been living it either, really living and enjoying life. Which is what you deserve.

I know it's going to be hard, I'm not trying to make it sound like it'll be easy, cause I think we both know it's not. But please remember when things get hard you deserve to recover. You deserve to go and live a happy, full, healthy life. All the things that started this disorder and all the things that fed into it and kept it strong, they don't matter anymore. It's the past. You can get through it, you can talk about them and feel sad about them, but eventually you'll be able to move on from them. You need to take care of you. You can't keep blaming yourself for everybody else's mistakes and problems. You can do this though. I have complete faith in you. Just go and try your hardest. Be as open and honest as you can about everything that has happened to you, and just try.

Helen darling, I'm so pleased to hear things are moving quickly now and to hear you sounding so positive with your recovery!

Try and stay positive, I know it's going to be tough but remember that the people there are there to support and help you, they have your best interests at heart.
Can't wait for you to get back and hear the wonderful positive changes that will happen with your recovery, a whole new world is going to open up to you babe, embrace it with all your heart.
Above all remember that you deserve this and you deserve to be free of this.
