Overdose/ Self-Poisoning Question - Chest tightness

I took a slight overdose of an antihistamine. My chest is tight...there's a pain in the middle of my chest....its sort of scaring me. Is this anything to worry about? Last time I took this I got this side effect but I'm a little concerned.

I think you should get checked out just to be on the safe side.

I can't. It went away anyhow...I googled side effects of it and that was reported as a rare side effect to get checked out but eh. I'm alright.

Please look up the active ingredient in the med that gave you the side effect and don't take anything else with that ingredient. Be safe.

Ugh. It came back. I can't sleep now because I'm convinced if I go to sleep my heart will stop or some *****....scared the **** out of myself now. I asked my mom if she could take me to the ER cuz my chest hurt...didn't tell her why...she said it was all in my head >_>

Oh well.
