- getting some work done
- did some laundry (shocking, I know!)

- letting go of some things and finding healthier things to hold on to instead
- things are set in motion and I feel there's this shift in my thinking that will lead to Good Things
- I'm okay
- was assertive with my therapist and it was handled really well
- Managed to get some shop work done despite my laptop failing to launch
- Managed to get to the post office despite feeling awful
- Gingerbread men <3 (thought the ginger would help with the nausea - just gave me heartburn, still worth it)
