Eating Disorder - Chest pains?

Over the last 3 days I've had a dull, throbbing ache on the left side of my chest. I'm used to sharp, stabbing ones that last for a few seconds but this is the first time it's been this sort of pain that's lasted for this long. It's been pretty continuous... Just wondering if it's anything I should be concerned about?

you need to go to A and E ( ER ) and get checked out
its could be something serous
