You may not want to post exact details of what you think you have to do but in unspecific terms (without giving exact details away-thats your business) what do you need to do to save everyone? And why is it dangerous to tell your friend?

Just to let you know that Oly asked me to call the police for her and is currently with them. Haven't had a text from her in a little while but the police called me to say they had found her and she was safe. Hope you don't mind me posting this Oly.

Hi Oly, sorry they ended up sectioning you. I agree with Miriam; please don't do anything dangerous. I think the Spies were tricking you, and we're safe from the Mindreaders. If you resort to violence to try to get out, it will just make things worse for you.

I don't know the rules about refusing medication, but I would say that it's best not to try. Suddenly stopping your medication could cause a load of side-effects and stuff.
And I agree with Elizabeth- I think the Mindreaders are lying to you, to trick you. I am confident that nothing bad is going to happen on Friday.
