I can only agree with everyone else, I know being monitored is no fun but if you were left to your own devices it could quickly become overwhelming and dangerous. It sounds like the last thing they want is to put you in hospital as long as you keep engaging and being honest so well done!
How are things today?

Could it be your pulse? Sometimes that can have a noise along with it? I don't want to make you think too much tonight incase it brings worries back but if it would help then do think of other things it could be.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
I’m not saying it’s one thing or another hun. Was just offering another more ‘rational’ explanation that I know I’ve experienced (and also had quite stressful thoughts about when things weren’t quite right).
Also, I know you didn’t ask about this here but I was thinking earlier (in a non creepy way lol), and have you told the DVLA about your mental health issues? Just cos I couldn’t drive for three months after a hospitalisation and because of that the council gave me a five year bus pass. I mean obvs you should tell them, but if you’re not planning on passing your test in the next few months, that would also lead to a free bus pass x
I told them about my MH issues when I initially applied for my provisional license but nothing since then.
I probably won't be able to afford any driving lessons or tests for quite a while so maybe I could look into that
I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
I don't think she had false nails
Cant remember though
I have no idea what it would do and I have no ohysical evidence
Its frustrating
I tried to cut it out while I was IP but the hospital said I could have damaged my spinal cord which obviously I really don't want to do

I honestly don't think you would have found anything trying to cut it out, and if you had damaged your spinal cord then that would be awful. Please take very good care of yourself.
Are you finding swimming helpful?
