I am ok albeit a bit bored. Amazon and tesco are due at the same time today. Unfortunately i have a busy week and one item was on a deal so had to have amazon order today.

Had tesco. The driver wasn't very helpful and I am so knackered now that I can't catch my breath. Fortunately I have no frozen stuff so can take my time putting things away. Having a rest first though so I can get my breathing under control.

Managed to put the majority of my shopping away. My breathing isn't quite normal but I had some food so I am feeling much better now. Trouble is I am sweaty now so will have to have a shower at some point.
