The change of seasons definitely impacts my sleep as well as by now it's bright outside by the time I usually go to sleep, so that's a reasonable assumption.

Sounds like a lot of little things are just adding up to a problem and I imagine it is hitting you extra hard with your work being stressful. I hope your sleep goes back to normal and that it helps you to improve your mood and feel more stable.

Yeah, you're legit meant to woe when things are rough. It's good you came up with a few things and that the meeting was productive :)

I wouldn't do anything exciting with that weather anyway, other than sleep through it. It will just be a bit of a drag, and I'm team leader i.e. supposed to keep everyone busy.

Im hoping its stress. Sweets helped with the shaking but not with the im gunna puke feeling. Ive only had 2 cups of tea in 3 days. Thats when you know somethings up.
