i had to watch it on bbc iplayer which really tested my patience as it took me 2 hours to watch a show thats roughly 45 mins. Kept sodding stopping and starting all the time.

I used to fancy Abs so much! Wasn't he the A+E psych nurse at one point? I wish I had a psych nurse like that when I've been in A+E,would have made the whole experience a lot more pleasant.

Some1 said that Tess should've died within 3minutes . i'm pretty sure that's not true . Why should she have died so fast . She wasn't bleeding out cos the pole was holding the wound + it missed all her internal organs so she would be very very unlikely to die that fast .
Also Sammy tried to commit suicide . That's how she got hit by the ambulance .
tess may have died quite quickly from shock but she would have more likely to die when the pole was removed, she was also majorly lucky for it not to have hit any vital organs cos she is quite a small person so im sure they would be pretty compact.
i dont think sammy tried to commit suicide, she was running away from the accident site, she wouldnt have stolen tess' phone if she planned to do it....i think it was just an accident.

Shock, it's no coincidence that stab victims die so soon afterwards, they certainly don't bleed out, bleeding out can take hours but shock can kill someone within minutes. The body shuts down and they go into a shock normally followed by a cardiac arrest which will be swiftly followed by death if left untreated.
Also if she didn't die within a few minutes the time she was out on the pole she would have bled out. That was a severe impalement of the upper middle torso, there could have been tearing of major organs and certainly severe internal bleeding, you don't have to touch an organ to damage it our insides are so packed and sensitive anything could damage them.
Though TV dramatisations are always fake as Tess was dying and she was about to die, when someone is about to die they die they don't hold on for 4 more hours once their friend reaches them thats just a false reality.

i think also she was suspended. and i think she might have had to have held herself there herself. otherwise gravity would probably have pulled her down the pole to the ground. unless it was really wedged where it was in her insides. she would have had to have held herself in that position for hours, with a pole through her middle, in shock. tricky.
