The weirdest (and yuckiest *lol*) was kina (living sea egg). The guts looked more like dog poo or those brownish slimy slugs...
When I was in the USA with my ex boyfriend, we were at a special Pizza Restaurant and I had a pizza which was topped with doner kebab on the one half, and the other one had spaghetti bolognese on it.
Oh and once I had pizza with sweet potatoes, wedges and sour cream.
I'm not pregnant, but still I LOVE chips (especially pringles sour cream) with gummy bears <3
I really like dragonfruit! In fact, I love pretty much all of the Waitrose weird food section - things like lychees, physalis and sharon fruit.
I don't know if it counts as 'weird', but I basically live off tzaziki, hommous, falafel and tofu. I really like the foreign foods section in supermarkets, too, I buy so much from there.
My dad makes KILLER hummus; seriously, I think it has more garlic in it than it has chickpeas. I tend to avoid people (or the other way round?) the day after I've been to theirs and he's rolled out the dips . . .
Whatever Happened to our Inner Glow?
<3 Sarah, My brilliant, beautiful, RAWR little sis
When I was little my sister and cousin made a mixture of loads of different things - ketchup, mayonnaise, salad cream, water, vinegar, various seasonings, mustard, squashed tomatoes and a few other things too - than dared me to drink it. Makes me feel very sick now but I actually drank quite a bit, it was disgusting!
One of my school friends also dared me to eat a spatula of pva glue, it doesn't taste strong but it's still not nice - I did become a bit of a legend in class though, no-one believed I would do it and no-one else would try it.
Thinking back I was probably quite an easily led child, I never took much persuading to do these weird/stupid things!
My son has some weird tastes - he loves toasted cheese and jam sandwiches, and mini chedders dipped in chocolate mousse
