Unrelated question.
I could rent out my parking space for about ?60 a month to commuters.
However, i have allowed a neighbour to park in my space for a good few years now.
The extra money would be a lifesaver tbh, but I'd feel like a dick for kicking them out of my space.

Also, why is the pound sign now being replaced with question marks???

I think with the state of the economy at the moment, if they gave it some rational thought, they shouldn't be annoyed. They might be of course but it wouldn't be justified!

I personally think that's a really good idea to get some extra money.

I never talk to them directly, my neighbour deals with everything, lol.
She'd be able to talk to them with no issue. I've actually mentioned it to her before and she's said to do it.
Would be silly not to tbh, i have a space i don't use, less than 5 min walk from a thameslink station.

According to the app, I'd have to ask my landlords permission, and they usually say yes but sometimes want a cut of the profits...hmm.

I think she just tends to hear/see her name and just KNOWS

Also yes Beckie, deffo rent out your space - it's lovely for you to have let a neighbour use it for free and I think it would be polite to give them a little bit of notice of it no longer being available but that's all!
