I have many neighbours as I live in a small block of 6 flats, with houses behind. However I am a considerate neighbour and listen to music on my headphones.

Sorry you are feeling panicked Lindsay. Can you do something for yourself today? Could you log on and check there is enough stuff in your Asda order and update the basket if not?

I am inside now. Have put on a load of washing and put the white t-shirt with a coffee stain in to soak.

Going to meditate, make lunch and then maybe head back out as I was really vibing. I only came in because I had to pee and then got distracted by chores.

I live in a similar position to you Jen a block of 6 flats with houses and flats nearby. Although I do live opposite a sheltered accommodation block which can be noisy with people. They also have a loud doorbell/intercom system which can be heard in my flat. It's a tad annoying at times.

Hope you enjoy your reading and TV, Dawn.

What are you getting up to, Tamo?

I do like a considerate neighbour! I hope you get your lunch etc and can go back into your garden and continue with your good vibes.

I'm not sure what I could do for myself today. I think I got all I need from Asda plus a couple of new things to try. It just costs so much now for a smaller amount of things.

Lol I have had an birthday treat email from Yours Clothing today offering me 10% off. My birthday was in February so they're a tad late in wishing me happy birthday.

Meditation and lunch done.

Remembered my partner's sister is visiting this afternoon so decided to stay in for now to save energy. It's a bit of a grey day anyway so there's a chance of rain.

That's annoying about being able to hear the shelters accommodation intercom Dawn. My block of flats has a very noisy intercom and it beeps whenever the door is open I am on the ground floor and can hear it through my living room wall! Luckily as there are only 6 flats it doesn't go off super often.

Maybe you put an alternate birthday into Yours Clothing Dawn? Sometimes I do that so a site doesn't have my actual DOB

I made myself a latte in my Velvetiser which was delicious. My book from Waterstones just arrived. I'm still waiting to hear from my CPN. Now I'm watching Casualty.

Ooh a latte. Love a latte!

What book did you get?

Is casualty a good substitute for doctors?

You deserve two birthdays, Dawn! When Paperchase was about and I was using the online link for my £5 birthday voucher it kept allowing me to use it for multiple orders which was a nice glitch!

I hope you enjoy the visit, Jen. Oh dear, ominous grey skies!

Sounds good, Tamo. Do you keep up with Casualty? *pokes Tamo's CPN*

It's not as good as doctors, more serious. I've gone as far back as I can on the iplayer.

Is it good enough to pass some time while Doctors isn't showing?

Hope you can get to know the characters and storyline soon. I usually watch it on Sundays on catch up.

Didn't have a visit in the end as bless my partner's sister she accidentally fell asleep this afternoon when she was meant to visit. Glad she got some rest though, our nephew has been waking her up super early lately and this afternoon while he is at nursery is a good time to catch up. Sad not to see her but we will try again next week.

I am now going to try and nap myself.

Afternoon guys!

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

I hope you're managing a nap, Jen.

Hey Beckie, do you have a busy evening again?

Nah. Just glow beatz and shower. And put washing away.
Picked up meds today and put those in the dosset box.
The dr sent through a zopiclone prescription today, the pharmacist asked if it was urgent and i said no, she asked if it was ok to come back tomorrow, at which point one of the other staff heard it was me and said she'd do it now! So sweet considering they are extra busy now because the pharmacy in sainsburys (which had 3000 people on the books Apparently) has closed. The remaining pharmacies are struggling.

You got any plans this evening lindsay?
