Might help. Why? Because sometime saying things over n over can help.
Such as even though Im kinda over certain parts my past... I still bring it up occasionally just to talk bout it. It helps. Feelings lessen and Begin to realize whose at fault more cuz head gets clearer and more organized as the words and feelings become less sensitive
