It's been a frustrating day. Had a tesco order but had to reject a substitute. Then my new thermometer doesn't appear to work and my cpn didn't turn up.

I got up on time and started an exercise program (just being shown the moves) so that's better than yesterday but I'm still worried about my getting out of bed times.
