sometimes i leave and go to the live forum view or the member control panel and just refresh. easier cause there no scrolling to see if theres a new post. Figured out the other day that when the safe room is v busy its less confusing to leave up the live view. :p

hah, its not getting done tonight. im gonna start working on it again. skipping school tommorow to work on it, its a 10 page research paper.

and i wish it helped the anxiety, but it doesnt. all that happens is its reaaally hard to concentrate. that plus flashbacks (which cause anxiety and other unwanted feelings) are why its overdue.
