What Jazmine said is right Tabitha, it's not your fault. It's not ok for people to hit you even if you do some annoying things. There are better ways to deal with problems.

im sorry you feel like that...i know what you mean. ive been having flashbacks all day and worse now that ive been to my therapist. im trying to distract myself but i feel like im getting weaker.
