Well maybe tell her you're not quite ready to talk about it. See if you can talk about the stuff surrounding it, or how you feel about it. *hugs gently* And you can always practice telling us/me first if you want.

How long have you been seeing her? Has it been a while and it's hard to talk about or is she sort of rushing you?

for a few months; she says i should be comfortable telling her and that if i cant it means i dont trust her. i feel bad, i trust her its just hard:(

You're not being stupid. Tell her you trust her but you're just not ready yet. Even add in since she said that you're scared she will be mad at you. *hugs*
