yes i don't even get where the talk of him being sacked came from? i get it we lost to a small team called arsenal 4-0 and i there that small they are classed as the one of the small 4 teams. hell i remember a couple of years ago our first team lost 3-0 then 3 days later 3-0 again then again 4-0 later in the season.
From what i get the fans want to keep after all he got us back up and we are 7th in the league stuff the carling cup if it means staying in the league to beat some mackems like that again. but he has done great things and is getting the best from our team
We've won 5 on the bounce now, cannot wait for our Derby against Swansea on Sunday!
I'm still not sure we'll go up though.
06/07 we were first at Christmas then messed that up.
08/09 we lost out on the playoffs by one goal
09/We lost in the playoff final. :(
It became like a sort of prison. Encased in a silver shell, words so full of bleeding need spilled like drops on dry leaves. And all the while laughter prevailed a long way from here. Nowhere land, nowhere time, nowhere space.

Yeah madness give him his contract he has earned it but then could it be related to the rumors of freddy wanting to buy back the club? (which they have denied but with ashley who knows)
1 all was the result in the barca match, which leaves them top of the table
Liverpool had a great win and I didnt even watch itcos I ws sick of Europa league games. This is their third successive win ,it shows indeed that having proper owners supporting them ,that gives them confidence .

Jay Bothroyd called up to England squad against France.
What do you reckon about that Ingerland fans??
It's great for the guy and I hope he does well but there's little chance we will keep hold of him in January now.

Shame everton didn't win would have shut the mackems up a bit.
We have now lost 3 players to bans due to stupidity Williamson picked up headbutting over the weekend so looks like we will start with steven taylor and sol at the back to face chelsea :s
he won't win his appeal it was bad how ever much i don't want to admit it. Sol and Steven have been doing ok for the reserves and to be honest a double over chelsea after how they lost to us then sunderland would always be nice.
Don't loose faith yet we are the trusting toon fans who never admit defeat :s
Hey great to see there are some Newcastle United fans here. I'm from South Africa though, most people on forums assume I only support them coz I'm from the North East, but no I've always had a liking for them. Over here only the "big" teams have support. Mostly Manchester Untied and for the older folks Liverpool and now, coz they started winning things, Chelsea.
Hope Newcastle can be consistent but their home form surprisingly is letting them down. Personally I don't think we have the players to play "sexy football" and I just think we should play a little more conservative, although when it does pay off like against Sunderland and Villa it is great. i hope Chris stays, he's done a great job.
But for the mean time is anyone else gonna watch Barca and Real Madrid? Can't wait...
