I twisted it last night, I just 'went over' on it..I was standing still too. And then again like an hour ago..mad..My ankles are weak though so *shrugs* least it's not affecting it..just silly though.
I realise I've not been making much sense today aswell lol.

I got all excited then. I was on fb and you had accepted friend requests (you know when it says Sparky is now friends with poo bear and eeyore) on the news feed (obviously all names are fake haha)
& I was just about to scream, freeeee! lol.

Loz, sounds like a cool day with the run. Look after your injury though. It's such a pain when these things flare up..urgh. My knees have finally de swelled from last night thank god..why they swelled in the first place god knows.
I'm still tired too & I've had a nap aswell..oh well.
Maybe that means sleep at a somewhat sensible time tonight.
